SOAR Chapter 7-34-2 awards five $2,000 student scholarships

SCHOLARSHIPS: SOAR Chapter 7-34-2 gave five $2,000 college scholarships to to local students at the recent Steelworkers Organization of Active Retirees (SOAR) awards luncheon.
