Three Sheet Metal Workers Local 36 apprentices nab top spots in regional contest

ST. LOUIS – Three Sheet Metal Workers Local 36 apprentices received top honors in the Great Plains Apprentice Contest, which was held recently at the Local 36 union hall here. Local 36 Apprentice Brandon Browning took first place in the architectural category, Local 36 Apprentice Jonathon Howard won first place in the HVAC competition and Local 36 Apprentice Tucker Robinson placed fourth in the industrial category. The event included apprentices from Missouri, Illinois, Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska and Oklahoma. “We had a fantastic turnout,” said Jake West, Local 36 director of marketing. “We had so many talented people put their skills on display.
