Thanks to the generosity of local union members and supplier National Sales Corporation, the Tri-County Labor Club is ready to take on the summer heat with its new HVAC system.

When National sales found out about the club’s aging HVAC system, it donated a new furnace, A-coil and condensing unit to the club, and members from Plumbers & Pipefitters Local 562, Sheet Metal Workers Local 36 and Insulators Local 1 volunteered their time to install it.

“Tri-County Legislative Labor Club would like to thank National Sales for its generous donation to our club,” said Club President Joe Mueller. “I’m also very appreciative of our trade union members for donating their skills and hard labor to make this possible. And a special thanks to Jarrell Mechanical Contractors for allowing their employees to volunteer.”

The Tri-County Labor Club meets the second Tuesday of each month at 10 Droste Square in St. Charles. The executive board meets at 6 p.m. and the general membership meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. For more information on the club, visit tricountylaborclub.com.
