VILLAGE MARINA at Lake of the Ozarks

Village Marina is said to be the oldest marina at the Lake of the Ozarks, and it’s a five-star facility to boot, but one of its best features are the skilled union technicians at the only Union-represented marina in the state.

Village Marina offers all types of service on all size of vessels, specializing in preventive maintenance, generator repair and more by master technicians represented by the Machinists Union District 9. These highly-trained, skilled technicians service Volvo, Penta and Mercruiser, among others.

CREDIBILITY

The credibility of the Village Marina service department is absolutely astounding, said Directing Business Representative Mark Conner. Specializing in stock and high performance Cobalt Boats, Berkshire Pontoons and others, they are prepared to perfect your boat or pontoon for a day under sunny skies or a morning with fishing hooks sunk deep into the water. Skilled technicians are on-hand during all business hours.

FULL-SERVICE

The full-service marina also provides 24-hour pump outs, gasoline, a sales center, meticulously maintained shower, a pool and sauna, the Boathouse Pub and Grill and anything you could ever want or need following a day-long boat excursion.

AT THE BOAT SHOW

But, if you would like to get a sneak, pre-spring peak at the boats and services provided by Village Marina, visit the St. Louis Boat and Sports Show Feb. 24-28 at the Edward Jones Dome.

Conner says he’s extremely proud to represent the only union marina in the state.

“I know a lot of our guys love fishing and boating at the Lake, and Village Marina is the place to go,” Conner said. “Patronizing Village Marina not only supports a family-owned business, it supports union wages and benefits in an industry most often not represented—and, work at the marina is done by quality journeymen technicians.”

The marina is located on the 3MM of the North Shore. Located very close to Docknockers, Horny Toad, Shady Gators, Coconuts, Jolly Rogers, Frankie & Louie’s, and more. To find the marina just go down Lake Road W until you reach W-20. Then take a left and Village Marina is at the end of the road.

“If you need to purchase a boat, have work done on a current boat, store a boat or rent a boat for the weekend, please patronize Village Marina,” Conner said. “As Union members, we need to stand together and support one another.”
