East Alton, IL — Winchester Ammunition was awarded the National Wild Turkey Federation’s (NWTF) Corporate Achievement Award at the NWTF’s 48th Annual Convention and Sport Show. The award recognizes Winchester for its unwavering partnership and consistent support of the NWTF mission.

“Winchester has demonstrated its leadership in conservation for decades,” said Winchester Ammunition President Brett Flaugher. “We were the first million-dollar sponsor of the NWTF and have remained committed to their mission. It’s an honor to be recognized by the NWTF with this award. The NWTF continues to be one of the most important conservation organizations in our country, and we will continue to support their efforts that positively impact wildlife and our hunting heritage.”
With Winchester’s combined sponsorship support to date, the company has achieved NWTF’s Pinnacle Partner Level in the NWTF’s Corporate Conservation Circle. Additionally, with its philanthropic support, Winchester is a Conservation Leader major donor. Winchester has provided over $2 million for the NWTF’s mission to date.

In 2024, Winchester continues to support the NWTF with the Winchester Long Beard® XR®, limited edition ‘Committed to Conservation’ ammunition. A collaboration with Mossy Oak and the NWTF, the commemorative ammunition will be for sale in the NWTF Turkey Shoppe (in addition to other Winchester turkey ammunition products).
