I have been serving as the Recorder of Deeds for Jefferson County, MO since 2011. I’d like to take a moment to say thank you and ask for the opportunity to serve you for another term.
As Recorder, I honestly have no influence on any of the key worker issues that affect you or your family. What I do is protect the most important thing that you work for … your home.
It is my responsibility to make sure that your real estate documents are recorded accurately so that they may be found quickly when you need them.
I have instituted a protection system to help protect you from property fraud that is absolutely free for you. There are so many improvements that I have made to this office that I cannot list them all here, but I welcome you to contact me any time to discuss them.
My goal has always been to provide individual attention to every landowner that has questions or issues about their property. While I cannot solve every problem, I will go out of my way to help every way I am able.
I would appreciate your vote on Aug. 2.
