O’Fallon, MO – The St. Charles County Democratic Central Committee First Capitol Day Banquet will honor the legacy of Robert J. Kelley Aug. 20 with the presentation of the first Robert J. Kelley Labor Hero Award from 6-10 p.m. at Christy Banquet Center, 9000 Veterans Memorial Parkway in O’Fallon, Mo.
This year’s honorees are Daniel Kandlbinder, International UAW Region 4 CAP/retiree representative, and Gina Walsh, International Heat and Frost Insulators and Allied Workers Labor Management Cooperative Trust deputy director.
