EUREKA, MO – A group of Bricklayers Local 1 apprentices recently assisted in building a new base for an athletics equipment shed at Eureka High School. The campus has experienced extensive damage from back-to-back flooding. In the left photo, Local 1 apprentice Nick Yoho (front) builds a corner block lead while apprentices Sean O’Neill and Richard Davis-Boren (back – left to right) lay block for the base. In the right photo, apprentices (from left) Spencer Newton, Davis-Boren, Yoho and O’Neill show the finished project.
