WORKERS’ CHAMPION Bill Otto, candidate for Missouri State Representative in the 65th District has received the endorsement of the National Air Traffic Controllers Association (NATCA) and the Missouri AFL-CIO. Otto (top photo, center) held recent fundraiser where he received enthusiastic support and a campaign contribution from NATCA members (from left) Tom Tierney, Lonnie Vance, (Otto), Rick Schmidt, Otto and Jeff Cox, air-traffic controllers who worked with Otto at Lambert International Airport, where Otto served as a NATCA union representative. At the same fundraiser, Otto was visited by Missouri AFL-CIO President Mike Louis (bottom photo). Louis said Otto, who stepped away from his former House seat in 2016 to challenge U.S. Congresswoman Ann Wagner, is a hard worker who is relentless in getting the job done. Electing Otto, Louis said, will be like sending a “chomping bulldog” to the halls of the State Capitol. – Labor Tribune photos
