Former U.S. Senator Claire McCaskill (D-MO) will be the keynote speaker at this year’s Gutsy Women Gala on April 13.
The event, hosted by the St. Louis chapter of the National Women’s Political Caucus, will be held from 9 a.m. to noon at the Hilton, 1335 South Lindbergh Blvd., in Frontenac. This year’s theme is “Elect More (women) in 2024.”
Proceeds from the fundraiser empower the caucus to support highly qualified women candidates for office across the St. Louis area.
McCaskill, a staunch friend of Labor and working people, served as a U.S. senator in Missouri from 2007 to 2019 and as state auditor from 1999 to 2007.
Sponsorships range from $500 to $2,500, and advertising in the program book is also available. A full page ad is $500, a half page is $250, a quarter page is $150 and a business card size ad is $100. Camera ready art is due by March 23.
