Arnold, Mo. – IBEW Local 1 is bannering and handbilling Cedarhurst of Arnold, an assisted living and memory care senior apartment community located at 1739 Old Lemay Ferry Road for using Bates Electric, an electrical contractor which pays below the area standard wages and benefits established by Local 1.
