IBEW Local 1 helps with Wreaths Across America at Jefferson Barracks

St. Louis – IBEW Local 1 partners arrived in the still of the early morning on Dec. 14 to offload hundreds of wreaths that were to be placed on graves of veterans at Jefferson Barracks for Wreaths Across America.
