Frank E. Cumberland, of Belleville, Ill., passed away April 13, 2023 at Mar-Ka Nursing and Rehabilitation in Mascoutah, Ill. at age 84.
Brother Cumberland was a member of Iron Workers Local 392. He was a member of Edgemont Bible Church Fairview Heights, Ill., and a U.S. Army Veteran. Frank loved the Lord, family and fishing.
He is survived by his wife Daureen K. (nee Lusk) Cumberland of Belleville; daughter Stephanie LaBrier of Belleville; son Larry (Patty Spier) Cumberland of Tilden, Ill.; sisters Millie McGee of Swansea, Ill., and Jennie Price of Shiloh, Ill.; grandchildren Khourtney (Stephen) Allison, Amber (Jason) Crump, Deanna (Jake) Roseke, David (Macailah Fulton) Cumberland and Michaela LaBrier; great grandchildren Tayelynn, Allision, Isaac, Colden, Everly, Paisley and Grayli.
He was preceded in death by his parents: David and Dora (nee Hubert) Cumberland; son-in-law Paul LaBrier; grandson SRA Taylor M. LaBrier; brothers John Cumberland, William Cumberland, Sr., James Cumberland and Edward Cumberland; sisters Florence Clark, Anna May Keys, Helen Smith, Frances Giovando; and infant sister Hazel Cumberland.
A funeral service was held April 22, 2023 at Edgemont Bible Church in Fairview Heights with The Rev. Doug White officiating, followed by interment at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis. Memorials may be made to HSHS Hospice or Edgemont Bible Church.
