Nicholas Zerillo, a 60-year member of Plumbers & Pipefitters Local 562, died Feb. 21, 2023.
“Big Nick,” of Florissant, enjoyed the outdoors, working in the garden, growing his famous tomatoes, splitting wood and hunting at “the Farm.” Above all, his family was his top priority and enjoyment.
Brother Zerillo was the cherished husband of 70 years to the late Betty Zerillo; beloved father of three, Nicholas Zerillo (Denise), Karen Zerillo-Thomas (Lee) and the late Michael Zerillo; loving grandfather of Lisa (William) Kleeschulte and Brian (Rebecca) Zerillo; great-grandfather to Avery Zerillo and Austin Zerillo; and brother, uncle, cousin and friend to many.
A funeral service was held Feb. 24 at Hutchens Mortuary in Florissant. Burial services were private. Memorial donations may be made in Brother Zerillo’s name to The American Cancer Society.
