Laborers Local 110 Veterans Council delivers coats to local veterans

St. Louis – The newly formed Laborers Local 110 Veterans Council collected coats, hats, gloves and scarves in December and donated the items to the Veterans Community Project located on North Grand in downtown St. Louis on Jan. 12 – just before the record low temperatures hit the area.
