St. Louis Port Council Annual Golf Outing planned for Sept. 28

The 2023 St. Louis Port Council Annual Golf Outing is scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 28.

The event, which includes lunch and dinner, will be held at The Courses at Forest Park, 6141 Lagoon Drive, in St. Louis. Registration is at 10 a.m., followed by lunch at 11 a.m. and a noon shotgun start.

After golf, the council will honor the following individuals:
Mark Johnson, former president of CWA 6300 and Dardenne Prairie Ward 3 alderman, who will receive the Jack Martorelli Leadership Award.
Nick Trupiano, retired UFCW Local 655 representative and St. Peters 4th Ward alderman, who will receive the Dick Mantia Leadership Award.
Bart Saracino, owner of Bartolino’s South, who will receive the Able Helmsman Award.
George Kerry, retired legislative consultant to the archbishop of St. Louis, former special project manager for St. Louis Development Corporation, and former administrative assistant to Congressman Dick Gephardt, who will receive a Lifetime Achievement Award.

SPONSORSHIPS
Sponsorships are also available:
Hole sponsorships are $200.
Dinner sponsorships are $750 and include a hole sign and lunch, dinner and an open bar for four people.
Premier sponsorships are $950 and include a hole sign, four-person team, lunch, dinner and an open bar for four people.
Platinum sponsorships are $1,250 and include two hole signs, a four-person team, organization name/logo featured on event signage and lunch, dinner and an open bar for the foursome and two guests.

Dinner and an open bar is also available for $75 per person. Skins are $20 per team and the event includes a 50/50 and other prize raffles. The deadline to register is Sept. 11.
