Train for a union job with Boeing

International Association of Machinists (IAM) District 837 is encouraging anyone interested in becoming a Boeing employee to take part in the Boeing Pre-Employment Training program.

The five-week training entails courses to learn sheet metal and composite fabrication at the Center for Workforce Innovation at St. Louis Community College’s Florissant Valley Campus.

These are IAM collective bargained positions. Upon program completion, participants are eligible to be interviewed with Boeing.
