$2,000 to $10,000 cash for Missouri buyers

CONSTRUCTIONThe best home buying deal in St. Louis – the union-sponsored incentive program Neighborhoods Built by Your Neighbors – has been extended through May.

John F. Eilermann Jr., chairman and CEO of McBride & Son Companies, announced the extension last week.

Neighborhoods Built by Your Neighbors involves seven construction unions and six major Missouri homebuilders working in concert to provide $1 million in cash incentives ranging from $2000 to $10,000 for new home buyers to use at closing.

Homebuyers can use the funds any way they want – to pay down their loan, finish a basement or lower an interest rate. Cash amounts are based on the sales price of the home.
