CWA Local 6355 President Natasha Pickens visits Capitol to meet with legislators

Jefferson City – Communications Workers of America (CWA) District 6 started the year by going to the Missouri State Capitol for the Missouri State of the State address on Jan. 18. While there, CWA let legislators know that their union was in the house. The CWA District 6 legislative-political team was joined by the Natasha Pickens, president of CWA Local 6355, representing Missouri state workers, who met with state legislators and their staff, letting legislators know that CWA will be fully engaged throughout the Missouri Legislative Session to pass bills and policies that will help create more good-paying union jobs and increase worker power.
