St. Peters, MO – IBEW Local 1 bannering The Boulevard Senior Living of St. Peters off Old Highway 94 and Woodstone Drive because its general contractor Russell Construction Co. is using Streib Electric for electrical work. Streib is a non-union company that pays below area standard wages and benefits negotiated by Local 1 for electrical work.
